But thank God for His Holy Spirit within that does know what to pray. “… but the Spirit itself maketh intercession for us…”

How many times in life have you done something kind for another person… simple words of encouragement, picked up something another person dropped, held the door for the next person, and so on?

Many times the Lord has led me to someone for one reason or another, and it wasn’t until after the fact that I realized it was His Spirit within working through me to that persons benefit.

When I least expect it, God uses me. I want more of that… His grace!

I don’t even know what to pray. How can I ever expect to yield entirely to his will? How can I even see the opportunities? How can I even take action?

I can’t. I simply don’t know how. Unless of course I’m willing to serve Him. His grace is sufficient for me.

It’s His grace that moves me!

“… For what is your life? It is even a vapour, that appeareth for a little time, and then vanisheth away. For that ye ought to say, If the Lord will, we shall live, and do this, or that.” (James 4:14-15).

I like to think of this verse as a boiling pot of water. Steam rises from the pot and within seconds disappears. Just like our life.

This is a frequent metaphor throughout the Old Testament of the Bible. Check out a few…

Psalm 102:11; Job 8:9; 1 Chron. 29:15

The bottom line…

“No man should ever say that he will do this or that, without the condition of IF GOD WILL.”

We all have goals we wish to obtain. Sometimes along that journey we become so focused on our desire to achieve that objective, we neglect to see what is happening all around us.

Take the time to consider what God’s will is for you on this day. Sometimes he might have to make a quick stop along the way to shed His light on another’s life!

Consider it!

THE SIXTH LAW OF PROSPERITY IS TO FOLLOW CERTAIN BUSINESS PRICIPLES TAUGHT IN SCRIPTURE.

THE SIXTH LAW OF PROSPERITY IS TO FOLLOW CERTAIN BUSINESS PRICIPLES TAUGHT IN SCRIPTURE.

The Apostle Paul laid down some very good business principles in Romans 12:9-21, when he said…

“Let love be without dissimulation. Abhor that which is evil, cleave to that which is good.

Be kindly affectioned one to another with brotherly love; in honour preferring one another; not slothful in business; fervent in spirit; serving the Lord.”

Read all of Romans 12:9-21. If you will obey these principles in life’s business you cannot help becoming happy, prosperous, and successful in all that you undertake.

Go to the book of Proverbs 22:29 where Solomon says, “Seest thou a man diligent in business? He shall stand before kings, he shall not stand before mean men.”

These passages teach that a man or woman should be constantly at the job of making a success.

Not letting grass grow under you feet so-to-speak.

Using every honest means possible to obtain your goal.

This will require self sacrifice.

It will mean hours of hard work.

It will mean much prayer to God for guidance.

Be honest with everyone, learning to serve others with your life’s business.

If you do not put forth the proper effort to prosper, do not expect God to bless you with prosperity.
