What have you found?

We’re consistently seeking betterment in our lives.  Not a bad thing by any means.  However, it always seems we go about it our own way rather than God’s way.  That’s a recipe for disaster!

All to often we set out with the right intentions of bettering our lives only to realize the changes implemented weren’t that great.  We like to make attempts to better ourselves with personal development tools, tips, and techniques.  We like to follow the lead of some “guru.” Or we simply start removing things from our lives that we feel shouldn’t be there.

Have you ever tried to remove the air from a cup?  Pretty simple really.  Just fill it with water.  One element replaces the other.

For me, filling my life with God’s Holy Spirit seems to do the trick.

Psalm 51:10 says, “Create in me a clean heart, O God; and renew a right spirit within me.”

If I simply allow myself to become a vessel for the Master’s use, He does the maintenance and makes the changes!

When I make the recommendations and changes things tend to get a little loose. But when I’m able to discern His Spirit and His will…  man this vessel runs full tilt!

Psalm 84:11 says, “… no good thing will he withhold from them that walk uprightly.” 

Let him be ”crew chief” so-to-speak.  He’ll make the necessary changes.  And, the right changes in your life.

ONE UNFAILING LAW OF PROSPERITY IS TO “SEEK YE FIRST THE KINGDOM OF GOD, AND HIS RIGHTEOUSNESS.”

If we do this we are promised, “and all these things (i.e., blessings in life) shall be added unto you.” (Matt. 6:33).

The fact of the matter is that this puts God’s will and others before own interests.

If we can understand clearly that a person’s life does not consist of the things that he/she possesses, we will become free from covetousness that makes us selfish and self-centered.

Giving up our selfish living and seeking first the Kingdom of God and His righteousness, we will receive an hundredfold in this life and in the life to come, EVERLASTING LIFE. 

THAT IS ASSURED BY CHRIST HIMSELF. (Matt. 19:27-30).

Easily one of the best strategies for marketing on Facebook. 

This video illustrates an easy to use HTML Profile Box that can be used to subtly market on your Facebook page without annoying your friends and followers by posting spam on their Walls.

Just remember the Golden Rule for monetizing your Social Networking sites… you don’t want to be blatantly pushing yourself and your business in an intrusive manner.  Do it in a way where your friends and followers will check-it-out at their own will.

So here you go…

1.  Go to “Applications” at the bottom left hand corner of your Facebook page.

2.  Click “Browse Applications.”

3.  Search for “HTML”.  A few choices will appear.  I use “HTML Profile Box.”

4.  In the upper left hand corner of the page will be an icon that says, “Go To Application.”  Click it!

5.  The HTML box will appear into which you need to enter some HTML code.  If you don’t know HTML code, go to Google and search for “HTML Cheat Codes” or buy a book on HTML code.  If you’re marketing online today, you need to know at least a little code to implement applications like this on Facebook.

6.  Update the HTML Box.

7.  Go to “Applications” at the bottom left hand corner of your Facebook page.

8.  Click “Edit Applications.”

9.  A list of your active applications will appear.  Click “Edit Settings” for the HTML Profile Box, and “Add” a box.

10.   A “Boxes” tab will be added in your profile.  Click on it, and you’ll notice a “Pencil” in the upper right hand corner.  Scroll down and create a “Box” on your wall. 

Easy as 1-2-3…10!
